My coaching journey started from my own experience as a solo founder and overwhelmed CTO. I remember the sleepless nights, the imposter syndrome, and the constant pressure to make the right technical decisions while building a team and scaling a product. I know what it feels like to be responsible for everything and have nowhere to turn for guidance.

Coaching isn't just what I do, it's my way of giving others the support and strategic perspective I desperately needed during my own journey. Every leader deserves a trusted advisor who's been in their shoes.

Beyond leadership coaching, I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience in developing, architecting, and designing SaaS applications and cloud infrastructures. From my early days as a freelance web developer to founding multiple successful startups and leading engineering teams of 60+ people, I've navigated every stage of the technical journey.

I mentor because technical expertise without proper guidance can lead to costly mistakes and missed opportunities.
