Who is this coaching for?

I work with startup CTOs, tech leads, and founders who want to lead better, scale smarter, and avoid burnout. Whether you're building your first product or managing a growing team, I can help.

What happens during a discovery call?

It's a casual 30-minute conversation to understand your current challenges, share context, and explore whether coaching or advisory support is a good fit. No pressure and no prep required.

Can I book just one session to try it out?

Yes. I offer a free 30-minute discovery call where we can explore your current challenges and see if coaching is the right fit. There's no commitment required. It's simply a chance to talk and get clarity before deciding.

What's the difference between coaching and consulting?

Coaching helps you grow as a leader by improving how you think and operate. Consulting is more hands-on and directive. I often blend both approaches depending on your goals.

Do you offer coaching or mentoring?

I offer both. Coaching helps you build self-awareness, make better decisions, and grow your leadership skills. Mentoring is more hands-on, drawing from my experience as a CTO to provide guidance on technical strategy, team structure, and delivery practices. Depending on your goals, we may combine both approaches.

How do sessions work?

We meet regularly via Zoom or Google Meet, typically weekly or biweekly. I also offer async support in between via email or Slack. You bring real-world challenges, and we work through them together.

Can you help my entire team or just me?

Both. I offer one-on-one coaching for leaders as well as team-level workshops and mentoring for tech leads, engineers, or founders managing technical teams.

Do you work with remote teams?

Yes. Most of the startups I coach are remote-first or distributed. I adapt to async workflows and help you lead effectively in that environment.

How long does coaching usually last?

Some clients work with me for a focused 6 to 8 week sprint. Others stay for several months. It depends on your goals, and we can define a clear timeline at the start.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. You don't need to have everything figured out. Just bring your current challenges or questions, and we'll take it from there.

What kind of results can I expect?

Coaching outcomes vary, but most clients see clearer priorities, improved communication with their team, and more confidence in their decisions within just a few weeks. I focus on practical impact, not abstract advice.

Do you have experience in my type of startup?

I've worked with B2B SaaS, developer tools, marketplaces, and early-stage AI products. If your business involves software, scale, and a growing team, there's a good chance I can help. And, if not, I'll tell you honestly.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. Everything we discuss stays between us. I do not share details about clients, challenges, or outcomes without permission.

I'm really busy. How much time does this take?

Coaching is designed to support your work, not add to your load. Most clients invest 30 to 60 minutes per week and get clarity that saves them hours. You can also get support asynchronously between sessions.

Can you help me become a better manager?

Yes. Many of my clients are strong technically but want to improve how they manage people, run 1:1s, give feedback, or grow their team. I help you build practical management skills so you can lead with clarity, empathy, and impact.
